Rear extension ideas

Rear extensions are the most common home extensions in London as it adds the most value to the existing property. It won’t change the look of your house from the front but you can gain quite an interesting amount of space by adding an extension to the rear of your house. In the following post, we have prepared a few of the great rear extensions we have completed.

Totally changing the visual of the house by adding this beautiful rear extension and loft conversion. Huge bi-fold doors connect the ground floor open space with the garden. Two Velux windows placed on the roof of the extension make sure that there is enough natural light during the day.

To keep the soul of the house by not experimenting with the modern look we have installed a grid featuring bi-fold doors. This cozy welcoming kitchen makes you feel at home. Even though the traditional look was kept - we still installed underfloor heating and sound system.

To get even more light in we have installed these large aluminum triangle windows right above the bi-fold doors. This gives the space even more light and character. In addition to this, we have also worked on the side extension with the Velux windows. The new open space looks modern, spacious, and full of light.
