A build is a relationship, not a transaction
Dali Darak founded DPS in 2007 with one belief: too many home extensions get scoped by quantity surveyors, designed by remote architects, and delivered by sub-contractors who never meet the family. The result is great on paper — and disappointing in person.
We do it differently. Every project has one team, one project manager, and one number to call. From the first sketch to the final snagging walk-through, the same people are with you — and you only pay for stages of work that have been completed and approved.
Twenty years on, we work across South West London — Putney, Wimbledon, Richmond, Clapham, Wandsworth and beyond — with over 320 completed projects ranging from kitchen side-returns to full new builds. Most new clients arrive on the recommendation of a previous one. That's the metric we care about most.
