Dali Darak founded DPS in 2007 with one belief. Too many home extensions are priced by quantity surveyors, designed by architects who never visit properly, and built by subcontractors who never even meet the family. On paper everything looks great, but real life is different.
We do it differently.
Every project has one team, one project manager and one direct number to call. From the first sketches through to final snagging, the same people stay involved throughout the whole project. No passing clients around. No disappearing once the contract is signed.
We specialise in high quality extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments and new builds across South West London and Surrey for homeowners making a proper investment into their property. For us, it is not just about adding square metres. It is about creating a home that feels better to live in, works properly day to day and still looks right years later.
Over the last 20 years we have completed more than 320 projects across Putney, Wimbledon, Clapham, Barnes, Sheen, Richmond, Weybridge, Cobham and surrounding areas. From carefully detailed kitchen extensions to large full house refurbishments and new build homes, every project is managed with the same attention to detail and hands-on approach.
Most of our new clients come through recommendation from previous clients. For us, that says more than any advert or sales pitch ever could.
