Basement and Rear Kitchen Extension in London

The homeowners in this London project were looking to add more space to their home but had a limited budget and didn't want to lose any more space in their garden. Our team at Dali Pro Services Ltd. was able to come up with a unique solution by creating an underground space under the garden.

The project required site piling to stabilize both neighbor party walls, but once that was completed, we were able to start digging the basement. We were able to add a gym area, sauna, shower room, and TV room to the new underground space. In order to bring in more natural light, we also installed a walking glass light on the patio.

In addition to the basement, we also extended the rear of the house to create a new kitchen. This included a patio barbecue area and a new dining space, making the home more functional and practical for the homeowners.

Overall, the project was a great success. The homeowners were thrilled with the extra space and modern updates we were able to provide, and we were happy to deliver a high-quality project that exceeded their expectations.
