These terms apply to your use of www.dpsco.co.uk. By using the site you agree to them. Construction services are governed by a separate written contract; nothing on this website forms a contract on its own.
About us
The site is operated by Dali Pro Services Limited (trading as DPS), registered in England and Wales (company no. 06225776), registered office Unit 5, 210 Upper Richmond Road, London, SW15 6NP. Contact: info@dpsco.co.uk, 0800 0432 333.
What you can rely on
We try to keep information on the site accurate and up to date but it is provided as-is. Prices, timelines, project specifications and "from £x/m²" guides are illustrative only — your fixed quote is the only binding price and we issue it after a site visit and detailed scope.
Quote calculator
The online calculator gives a ballpark range based on typical projects. It is not a quote, not a contract, and not a guarantee of pricing. Final pricing depends on site conditions, design choices and current material costs at the time we start.
Acceptable use
- You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research and to enquire about a project with us.
- You must not use the site to send spam, scrape content at scale, attempt to compromise security, or impersonate anyone.
- You must not submit enquiries on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, photography, drawings, the DPS brand, the calculator UI — is owned by DPS or licensed to us. You may share individual articles or project pages on social media; you may not republish, sell or use our content commercially without written permission.
Third-party links
We link to other sites (planning portals, supplier sites, the Information Commissioner). Those sites are outside our control and we don't take responsibility for their content.
Liability
We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or anything else that can't be excluded under English law. Beyond that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site (for example, business losses, lost profit, lost data).
Privacy
How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms when our services or the law changes. The "last updated" date tells you when.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
