Dali Pro Services Limited (trading as DPS; "we", "us", "our") is the data controller of any personal information you provide through this website. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Dali Pro Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 06225776) with registered office at Unit 5, 210 Upper Richmond Road, London, SW15 6NP. Email info@dpsco.co.uk · phone 0800 0432 333.
What we collect
- Enquiry data — your name, email address, phone number, postcode and the project details you submit through our contact form or quote calculator.
- Site usage data — anonymous analytics about how pages are used (pages viewed, device type, country). Only collected if you accept analytics cookies.
- Email correspondence — anything you send us by email or phone in connection with a project.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
- To deliver and manage projects under contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To improve the website and our services through anonymous analytics (Article 6(1)(a) — your consent).
- To meet our legal obligations — for example, retaining accounting records (Article 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months unless we proceed to a contract, in which case project records are kept for 7 years after completion to meet HMRC and warranty obligations. Anonymous analytics data has a 14-month retention window.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver the site and run our business, and only to the extent they need it. Each is a "processor" under UK GDPR, acting on our written instructions.
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — static hosting for the public website (serves pages and standard request logs, including IP address and user-agent).
- Railway Corporation (United States) — hosts our Payload CMS and the PostgreSQL database where contact-form and quote-calculator submissions are stored.
- Resend (Resend Inc.) (United States) — outbound transactional email delivery so we receive your enquiry in our own inbox. No marketing email is sent through this provider.
- Google LLC (United States) — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Only loaded after you accept analytics cookies. IP addresses are anonymised before storage by GA4's IP-truncation feature.
- Suppliers and trades — when delivering a contracted project (e.g. structural engineers, planning consultants); only the project information they need.
- HMRC, Companies House, regulators — where legally required.
International transfers
Several of the processors above operate outside the United Kingdom. We do not transfer enquiry data to any country without an appropriate UK GDPR safeguard in place:
- Vercel, Railway, Resend, Google (all United States) — covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs") together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum ("IDTA") published by the ICO. For Google Analytics specifically, we also rely on Google's published EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification where it applies.
- We do not knowingly transfer personal data to any other third country.
You can request a copy of the relevant transfer safeguards from us at info@dpsco.co.uk.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time — clear your cookies or use the cookie banner.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@dpsco.co.uk. We respond within one calendar month.
Security
We use TLS encryption for all form submissions, restrict access to enquiry data to project managers who need it, and store records on UK or EU-based servers operated by reputable providers.
