Our clients in Battersea approached us with the goal of expanding their home to create more space. Upon assessment, we found that the house was lacking in square footage and a functional layout.

To address these issues, we proposed and constructed a side return extension on the property. This included the addition of a side storage area, a new cloakroom under the main staircase, and underfloor heating throughout.

One of the key features of the extension was the inclusion of large bi-fold doors in the ground area. These doors not only bring in a significant amount of natural light but also blur the lines between the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
