Do I need an architect before contacting you?

Not necessarily. We have in-house design partners or can work with your architect from RIBA stage 1 onwards.

How long does a new build take?

Typically 12–18 months from breaking ground for a single dwelling, 18–24 months for multi-unit. Add 4–8 months for design and planning.

What is a typical budget?

In London, expect £2,400–£3,200 per square metre for a finished new build to a high standard. We provide detailed cost plans during design.

Do you provide warranties?

Yes — every new build comes with a 10-year structural warranty (NHBC, Premier, or LABC). Building Regulations sign-off included.
